i had a lovely walk-in evening and found this place surprisingly cozy, exceeding my expectations, unlike my previous stay in blackpool. the breakfast selection was amazing, offering fresh pastries and a variety of fruits. the friendly hosts made the stay even better, always ensuring we felt at home.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We were just a short walk from the tower and Grand Theatre, which made sightseeing super easy. The beds were comfy, and the breakfast spread was a winner! If you're into golfing, both Blackpool Park Golf Club and North Shore Golf Club are just the ticket for a fun day. I'd definitely recommend it for a chill group getaway.
One downside was that the window handles were broken, so we couldn't close them. It was a bit noisy at night, but we managed to get some sleep despite that.

local attractions within walking distance, engaging bar area with variety, cozy and inviting communal areas
Cleanliness could greatly improve, especially in common areas!!! Sound insulation surely needs attention to reduce noise disturbances from guests!!! Consistency in room conditions should be addressed to match website expectations!!!

Best breakfast ever!
Just spent 2 nights here with my partner. The breakfast is honestly top-notch. it's a feast! We loved the comfy bed, and the cleanliness of the room was a big plus. But I gotta say, the decor felt a bit dated. Still, the owners were super helpful, even finding us a good parking spot. Can't complain too much!

Awesome stay with fab brekkie!
The room was massive and super clean. That huge TV was a treat. The bar prices were decent and the breakfast? Best I've had anywhere! Adi and the staff were super friendly, but the Wi-Fi was kinda spotty at times.

The dining room's accessibility with a stairlift made breakfast enjoyable. I adored the vibrant flowers throughout the guesthouse, brightening the space more than a sunny day at the beach! The friendly hosts made everyone feel at home.
More regular cleaning of the rooms would be beneficial.
